A legal disclaimer

By purchasing bespoke artwork from Jess Paints, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before completing your order.

All artwork is made to order, meaning it is custom-designed and painted specifically for you. Once the design process begins, changes or alterations can incur additional charges.
A detailed consultation will take place before work begins to ensure your vision is fully understood and agreed upon.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required to begin the project. The remaining balance will be due before the artwork is shipped or delivered.

Due to the bespoke nature of our artwork, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once the commission has been confirmed and work has commenced.
If you have concerns or would like to make adjustments during the creation process, please communicate with us promptly so that we can address your needs as best as possible before completion.

Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of your artwork, but typically, it will take between 2 to 4 weeks to complete. You will receive an estimated timeframe at the time of purchase.
Once the artwork is completed and final payment is received, the item will be carefully packed and shipped to the address provided.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all shipping fees are borne by the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, including customs or weather-related delays.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with clear images of the damage. We will assess the situation and provide you with options for repair or replacement.
Any claims made after 7 days will not be eligible for return, exchange, or repair.

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchase, provided that no work has yet begun on the artwork. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted due to the bespoke nature of the product.
If the project is cancelled after work has begun, the non-refundable deposit will be retained to cover the initial planning and preparation costs.

Once work on the custom piece begins, no major changes to the design or concept can be made without additional charges. Minor revisions will be considered, but may require a revised timeline or cost adjustments.

The copyright of all artwork remains with Jess Paints unless otherwise agreed.
You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to display the artwork in your home or business, but the artwork may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior permission from Jess Paints.

We strive to deliver high-quality artwork that you will love. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the finished piece, please contact us within the 7-day window to discuss your concerns. We will work to address the issue, but changes or refunds outside of this period will not be accepted.

Jess Paints will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or display of the artwork, including but not limited to damages related to shipping, hanging, or environmental factors.
We recommend protecting your artwork from direct sunlight, moisture, and other environmental factors that may cause deterioration over time.

Your personal information will be kept confidential and will only be used for fulfilling your order. We do not share your details with third parties unless required by law.

Jess Paints reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of these modifications.
